Job description:
- Develop good ideas and build 3D renderings for landscape designs of flower gardens, gardens, parks, villas, townhouses, and children's playgrounds.
- Advise supervisors on planning and project architecture matters.
- Manage and control design documents. Work directly with partners such as design consultants and contractors on project matters to meet quality and schedule requirements.
- Keep up with regulations, standards, and documents in the construction and architecture field.
- Support individuals and departments in architecture-related work.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job requirements:
- Be proficient in specialized software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Have a good sense of space and skill in layout, color, and proportion.
- Enjoy landscape design and work with enthusiasm.
- Be a good team player.
