Lavita Charm - Outdoor children's playground
Lavita Charm is located right at Binh Thai station number 10 on the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line, a metro line compared to the traffic artery of Ho Chi Minh City.
To create an ideal living space that helps residents quickly settle into the dynamic life of the city, Lavita Charm has built an internal park with an area of up to 1500 m2.
In it, the investor Hung Thinh Corp specifically asked WINAM to design the playground and to prioritize the newest, most multi-functional equipment, to bring a healthy, safe play space for all children in the residential area.
