In late 2016, Central Festival East Ville, a huge shopping mall in Bangkok, officially opened. The investor wanted to turn it into a mall offering services beyond customer expectations. Thailand was longing for a place to relax and enjoy life, with people worn out by work and heavy traffic. Central Festival East Ville is a place that meets all of that.

Besides the rooftop walking area, it is also famous for its multi-storey children's play area called FAMPLAYLAND. Children who come here can train their physical fitness, intellect and social skills in a clean and completely safe environment.

What first catches the eye of anyone passing through is a 9-metre tower with 118 m3 of three-dimensional climbing net inside. The tower connects all 3 floors of FAMPLAYLAND, with 2 play rooms on each floor. To ensure safety, the entire system is wrapped in an artificial net. On reaching the top floor of the tower, players find a winding tube about 8 metres long that carries them back down to the foot of the tower in a highly impressive and thrilling way.

All the criteria of a great play area can be found in this FAMPLAYLAND. Its surface area is fairly small. The ceiling, however, is a high ten and a half metres. This sturdy rope net tower was installed to make the most of the available space. The idea came from the net system at Swarovski in Austria, which was also installed across several floors.
Unlike Swarovski, the playground at this Bangkok mall has no anchor points to tension the ropes. The solution was to use the building's own eight-and-a-half-metre steel posts as anchor points. The clamps connect very well to these posts. As a result, the giant net tower at FAMPLAYLAND officially became the tallest indoor climbing net system.

Besides the usability of the net tower, its structure and appearance also fit the children's play area at Central Festival East Ville very well, and climbing and moving around here helps children develop their sense of three-dimensional space while also supporting their motor skills. The tower gives children a sense of pride when they conquer something. The reward for those efforts is an exciting ride down the slide.
