The Children's Hospital 3 playground, built by WINAM, is divided into four play areas with four themes: the Cloud Zone, the Sky Zone, the Star Zone and the Moon Zone. Each zone offers different types of play for both boys and girls.

The Cloud and Star zones for boys include play equipment including an airplane-themed combined set, a space theme, spinning discs, a space merry-go-round and rocket spring rockers. They are designed and built with a dominant cool tone of sky blue combined with white clouds, plus a brown tone for an extraordinary dream. When children join these games, they step into a space adventure, learning to observe, judge and handle situations through each game.

For girls, the Sky and Moon zones have a soft, cute design with games such as a combined set with a field and nature theme, dinosaur spring rockers, a combined set with a dream theme, a princess castle and house spring rockers. These help girls immerse themselves in nature and discover interesting things in life.

Alongside the varied playground themes, the Children's Hospital 3 playground gains extra life from rubber granule surfacing in cheerful, bright colors, which gives each zone its own accent. The surfacing also keeps children safe and prevents accidents so they can play freely and develop well.
